Introducing Our Fleet
We’ve come a long way since the days of our simple 6-Ton JEC and an 8-Ton BHB tractor crane for hire. But if you don’t know much about cranes, that probably means nothing to you. While you don’t need to be a know-it-all, it does help to understand a little bit about our machinery.
Before we get started, a brief note on the difference between a slewing crane and an articulated crane. A slewing crane lifts the load, suspends the load in mid-air and then rotates it via a boom mechanism. In contrast, non-slewing cranes don’t have a rotating section at the base.
